Announcing Servicing Update – Jet2

We’re delighted to announce we’ve extended our close collaboration with Jet2 to now offer a wide variety of post booking servicing functionality. These new features are now live and available through our PaxFaB Servicing module.

Available Jet2 Servicing:

  • Retrieve orders
  • Add ancillary features
  • Add seats
  • Amend booking (coming soon)*

Offered via our servicing portal or brand new API, you’ll be able to access all post booking functionality for a growing number of connected airlines.

If you’re a Paxport customer and Interested in enabling Jet2 to your portfolio of content you need to raise a ticket with our Customer Service team via Service Desk, and they’ll make contact and take it from there. Or, If you’d like to have further discussions about how best to adopt these new features please don’t hesitate to contact your account manager.
