Paxport is delighted to announce a brand new partnership with Air Arabia.
Air Arabia is the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) with major hubs
in the UAE, Egypt and Morocco.
Air Arabia operates from 5 hubs:
Air Arabia (G9) – from Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah
Air Arabia Maroc (3O)
Air Arabia Egypt (E5)
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi (3L)
As part of this partnership, Paxport will offer a direct connection to all routes operating out of all five
hubs of Air Arabia.
Paxport’s connection to Air Arabia provides the ability to Search, Cost & Book the Air Arabia ‘Basic’ Fare split by an individual PaxFaB supplier code for each airline.
These codes will be:
Air Arabia – G9B
Air Arabia Maroc – 3OB
Air Arabia Egypt – E5B*
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi – 3LB
*Please be aware that Air Arabia Egypt (E5) is currently not available. Unfortunately due to payment issues with the supplier this could not go live at the same time as the rest of the group. We will inform you as soon as this is ready.

Want to book Air Arabia?
Following our previous communication we understand that some of you have already contacted Air Arabia about obtaining your own credentials. Air Arabia and Paxport have since agreed the quickest route to market for all our Partners would be to connect you to Air Arabia using Paxport’s live Air Arabia credentials first. This will mean all PNR’s generated by you and your agents will be generated under Paxport’s User ID & Agent Code.
Should you have your own already or wish to access your own credentials with Air Arabia and any benefits that may be included, then please let us know and we can discuss your enablement further.
As previously advised please make sure you have updated your PaxFaB API implementation to pass ‘Nationality’ for all passengers within the Basket RQ.
Should you wish to have any of the Air Arabia hubs enabled on your syndicator under Paxport’s credentials and you are passing the Nationality of your customers to us then please raise a Support ticket and our Customer Services team will enable this Supplier for you.
