Enhanced user experience at the core of Paxport’s new Certified Partner Programme, ensuring both tech partners and customers fully benefit from Paxport’s innovative, customer-driven technology. Dedicated to standardising complex airline content for a seamless customer experience, Paxport recognises its technology partners as essential to this mission.
To further its commitment to simplifying airline content booking, Paxport is introducing a new Certified Partner initiative. This programme recognises and rewards partners who incorporate Paxport’s functionality into their booking platforms and technology solutions.
The four-tiered structure – Essential, Enhanced, Elite, and Elite Plus – reflects varying levels of integration, from basic API connectivity to advanced post-servicing functionality, categorising technology partners based on their level of Paxport integration. Partners will undergo annual reviews for accreditation within the programme and each tier will offer commercial benefits, incentivising partner participation. Elite partners will also have the opportunity to participate in Paxport’s referral scheme.
For Paxport’s customers:
This new incentive programme encourages technology partners to deepen their Paxport integration, unlocking the full potential of our platform. This means access to a comprehensive suite of features available with most of our airline partners, from seat maps and ancillaries to post-booking servicing. Paxport is continually evolving its system to streamline the booking journey and enhance the overall experience. Furthermore, a new dedicated microsite showcasing our technology partners will facilitate tailored recommendations based on individual business needs and developments.
For Paxport’s existing and new technology partners:
The Certified Partner Programme offers tech businesses valuable support, including assistance with API enhancements, referrals to potential new customers, and access to Paxport’s latest technological advancements. Connection is at the core of this initiative and reinforces Paxport’s belief in the power of strong partnerships.

“Our technology partners are essential to making emerging technologies accessible to all our customers,” says Amy Shine, commercial partnerships manager at Paxport. “We’re delighted to recognise those who have embraced our latest functionalities and encourage others to deepen their partnership with us. Features like ancillary purchases, fare families and post-booking servicing are now integral to both the way airlines bring to market their product and customer experience. This programme simplifies the process for partners to incorporate these features into a standard booking flow, ultimately helping them deliver an enhanced experience to their customers.”
