The world of airline distribution continues to change at pace, with an ever increasing emphasis on airlines utilising the IATA NDC standards. With a rich history in managing airline technology, Paxport are continuing to expand the number of full service carriers offered to our customers, as well as bringing to market new and expanded post-booking servicing tools to enable businesses to maximise the opportunity NDC can bring.
This new integration with Singapore Airlines, voted World’s Best Airline in 2023 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, has been developed to provide connected customers with the ability to search, cost and book the full range of the airlines fares and cabin classes, as well as support for their range of ancillary services.
Paxport’s servicing capability, available through our new Servicing API as well as an intuitive graphical user interface, provides access to a range of post-booking functionality that will allow businesses to seamlessly manage their Singapore Airlines bookings. From retrieving orders, and issuing tickets, to amending existing reservations, the growing number of post-booking servicing tools will provide the assistance required to start the NDC journey with Singapore Airlines.
